💨 Abstract

A Russian attack on the Ukrainian city of Sumy killed at least three people and injured many others, striking apartment buildings and a medical facility. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack, highlighting Russia's unwillingness to end the war. Despite peace talks, both sides remain far apart on terms for ending the conflict, which has killed over 12,000 Ukrainian civilians. Ukraine recently struck Russian air bases, damaging over 40 warplanes.
