💨 Abstract
Jalen Brunson tied Patrick Ewing's Knicks franchise record by scoring at least 30 points in the playoffs for the 18th time during Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals. Scoring 31 points, Brunson had to leave after getting his fifth foul. In his third season with the Knicks, he led the team to the conference finals for the first time since 2000.
