The Indiana Pacers, led by Tyrese Haliburton (31 points) and Pascal Siakam (21 points), defeated the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers 114-105, advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Pacers had to come back from a 19-point deficit and won all three games at Cleveland. Donovan Mitchell led Cleveland with 35 points.
