💨 Abstract
Los Angeles Angels' manager Ron Washington is taking indefinite leave due to health issues. Washington, 73, showed fatigue after a series against the Yankees. Bench coach Ray Montgomery will take over for Friday’s game against the Astros. Washington underwent medical tests and was unable to address the media. His absence will be until full recovery, stated General Manager Perry Minasian. Washington led the Texas Rangers to consecutive World Series in 2010-2011.
