💨 Abstract
On June 5, 2025, Francisco Lindor of the New York Mets broke his right pinky toe during a game against the Los Angeles Dodgers but will continue to play through the pain. Lindor, who avoided the injured list, was hit by a pitch from Tony Gonsolin. He played the rest of the game and is expected to play this weekend. Luisangel Acuña and Brandon Nimmo filled in for Lindor during his absence.
