Jac Caglionone, a 22-year-old, made his MLB debut with the Kansas City Royals against the St. Louis Cardinals. A year ago, he was playing for the Florida Gators in the NCAA tournament. Picked sixth overall in the 2024 draft, he hit .319 with nine home runs and 43 RBIs in Triple-A. The Royals hope he can boost their struggling offense.
