💨 Abstract
Kansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. has committed to playing for Team USA in the 2026 World Baseball Classic. Witt, who was the youngest player on the 2023 team, is expected to have a bigger role this time. He had a standout rookie season and was the runner-up for the AL MVP last year. Witt is joined by Aaron Judge and Paul Skenes in the commitment to the U.S. team.
