💨 Abstract
Queensland state officials announced a deal with the federal government for the 2032 Olympics in Brisbane. The federal government will provide 50-50 funding for minor venues and 1.2 billion Australian dollars for a new main stadium at Victoria Park. The total federal investment in the Games is set to be over 3.4 billion Australian dollars, the largest such contribution in Australia's history.
