💨 Abstract
The Cleveland Guardians placed shortstop Gabriel Arias on the 10-day injured list due to a left ankle sprain sustained during a game against the St. Louis Cardinals. Arias was taken off the field on a cart, but X-rays showed no breaks, and an MRI indicated a moderate ankle sprain. The team recalled infielder Brayan Rocchio from Triple-A Columbus to replace Arias.
