The Seattle Mariners have agreed to acquire left-handed reliever Caleb Ferguson from the Pittsburgh Pirates. Ferguson, 29, has a 3.74 ERA this season and will join a Mariners bullpen ranked seventh in the majors with a 3.74 In exchange, the Pirates will receive right-handed pitching prospect Jeter Martinez, 19, who has a 6.18 ERA in Class A.
