💨 Abstract
After a slump, Francisco Lindor, the New York Mets star shortstop, was dropped from the leadoff spot in Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. Lindor has struggled, batting .133 in his last 15 games, causing manager Carlos Mendoza to revert to Brandon Nimmo as the leadoff hitter. The Mets are on a losing streak, having lost four straight and 14 of their last 17 games.
