💨 Abstract
AC Milan has signed Swiss defender Zachary Athekame on a five-year contract for a reported 10 million euros. The 20-year-old joins from Young Boys, adding to the recent signing of Ardon Jashari from Brugge. Athekame previously played in the Swiss second-tier division. The club aims to return to the Champions League after a disappointing eighth-place finish in Serie A and elimination in the playoffs.
