Bayern Munich's young midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic has undergone surgery after fracturing his eye socket during a training session. The 21-year-old, known for his defensive midfield skills, has a history of injuries and illnesses, including tonsillitis, glandular fever, and a collarbone fracture. Bayern did not disclose how long Pavlovic will be out, but his absence will be felt as the team prepares for their season opener on August 16.
