💨 Abstract
Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has referred an investigation into Loudoun County Public Schools' handling of an incident in a high school boys' locker room to the U.S. Departments of Education and Justice. Miyares alleges that LCPS initiated a retaliatory Title IX investigation against three male students who expressed religious objections to a transgender student using the boys' locker room. The transgender student was also accused of violating school policy by videotaping the boys' discussion.
