The Washington Nationals defeated the Baltimore Orioles 4-3 on Friday. José Tena scored the go-ahead run in the ninth inning, and the Nationals had home runs from Nathaniel Lowe and James Wood. The Orioles, despite 14 hits, stranded 15 runners and went 4 for 15 with runners in scoring position. Jorge López and Kyle Finnegan secured the victory for the Nationals, with Finnegan earning his 14th save.
