💨 Abstract

The Dragon Boat Festival brought large crowds to Hong Kong. Teams synchronized to rhythmic drumbeats to race dragon boats, honoring a 2,000-year-old tradition. The festival originated from saving a righteous official and developed into boats races and eating rice dumplings. Celebrations were also held in Beijing and other regions. Hong Kong expected a 16% increase in tourist arrivals.
