On May 17, 2025, British police charged three Iranian men living in London with spying offenses. Mostafa Sepahvand (39), Farhad Javadi Manesh (44), and Shapoor Qalehali Khani Noori (55) were accused of aiding Iran's intelligence service and conducting surveillance intended to facilitate serious violence. Sepahvand also faces charges related to reconnaissance and research for potential violence.
