💨 Abstract
Congolese authorities accused Rwanda's army and the M23 rebel group of committing atrocities, including the murder of 107 people and the abduction of over 4,000, between May 10 and 13. The allegations follow recent escalations in the decades-long conflict in eastern Congo, which have claimed around 3,000 lives and sparked regional war fears.
