💨 Abstract
Pro-Russian hackers, identified as NoName057(16), conducted denial-of-service attacks on Dutch municipalities and organizations ahead of a NATO summit. The attacks aimed to overwhelm websites and knock them offline, but services in The Hague, the summit's host city, remained operational. The Dutch government, along with national and international partners, is investigating the incidents. The security operation "Orange Shield" is in place for the summit.
