💨 Abstract
A fourth man has been arrested in connection with a series of fires targeting properties and a car linked to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The incidents occurred between May 8 and May 12, with no injuries reported. Three men, including two Ukrainians and a Ukrainian-born Romanian, have already been charged.
