💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court has not yet agreed to hear a challenge to Maryland's assault weapons bans. Elsewhere, the D.C. housing market shows signs of transitioning into a buyer's market, not quite there yet, but moving toward it. April saw fewer sales, a 3% decrease, and more new listings, up by 16%, with active listings nearly 53% higher than last year in the D.C. area.
