💨 Abstract
In Nigeria’s Borno state, a suicide bombing at a restaurant on June 20 resulted in the deaths of at least 10 people and several injuries. No group claimed responsibility, but Islamic militants, such as Boko Haram and ISWAP, have been active in the region. The conflict, which began in 2009, has killed 35,000 civilians and displaced over 2 million people. Despite governmental efforts, the violence continues.
