A massive explosion and fire at a pharmaceutical factory in Telangana, India, has resulted in at least 36 deaths and around three dozen injuries. The incident occurred on Monday, with rescue operations still ongoing as of Tuesday. Authorities are removing debris to check for additional victims. The factory, part of Sigachi Industries, has suffered significant damage.
