💨 Abstract
An explosion at a fireworks workshop in Suphan Buri province, central Thailand, killed at least nine people and critically injured two others. The blast's cause remains unknown. The workshop was in a building used to produce fireworks, though its licensing status is unclear. This incident follows similar explosions in the same area in January 2024, which killed around 20 people, and in southern Thailand in July 2023, which killed at least 10.
