💨 Abstract

On his 90th birthday, the Dalai Lama expressed hope to live over 130 years. He recently outlined a succession plan, asserting that he will reincarnate and that his office will oversee the selection of his successor using traditional Buddhist methods. The Dalai Lama has lived in exile in Dharamshala, India, since 1959, advocating for Tibetan autonomy under Chinese rule.
