Heavy rain in South Korea's capital region turned roads into rivers, causing flooding and disruption. One person was reported missing, over 60 roads were flooded, and more than 50 people were evacuated. Seoul and nearby cities received over 200 millimeters of rain, damaging homes and parks. Authorities issued flood and landslide warnings, closed parks and hiking trails, and cautioned residents to stay vigilant. The heavy rain is expected to continue overnight.
