💨 Abstract
State prosecutors in Thailand have indicted 23 individuals and companies for the collapse of a Bangkok office building during an earthquake, which killed 92 people. The partially constructed high-rise, intended for the State Audit Office, was the only building in Thailand to fully collapse. Indicted parties include lead contractors Italian-Thai Development Co. and China Railway No. 10, along with their executives and several other companies.
