💨 Abstract
Former South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, jailed after imposing martial law, refused questioning by investigators by lying on the floor at his detention room. Yoon, facing trial over rebellion, also has ongoing investigations into allegations involving his wife and others. Despite having a warrant to remove him by force, investigators did not, citing safety concerns. Yoon's lawyers claim he has health issues, while Yoon argues his actions were to counter opposition. President Lee Jae Myung's team seeks equal application of law.
