💨 Abstract
Apple faces a $95 million class-action settlement for allegations that Siri inadvertently activated and recorded private conversations. Eligible users who owned or bought specific Apple devices between 2014 and 2024 and experienced this issue can file a claim by July 2. Payments are up to $20 per device, depending on the number of valid claims. Apple denies wrongdoing, and a judge is set to approve the settlement in August.
