A dog owner, Neil Leaks, defended his pet pooch Buddy, accused of attacking the postman, claiming Buddy saved his life by alerting neighbors when he choked on rice. Despite installing a five-foot gate to prevent Buddy from reaching the mail, Mr. Leaks alleges that his mail isn't being delivered, causing him to miss important doctor's appointments and health documents.
