A 15-year-old footballer, Ismael Dominguez, was killed during a match in Paraguay after being kicked in the head by a rival player. The incident occurred during a Federal Under-15 championship game between Club Nacional and Boqueron. Dominguez was making his debut and was attacked from behind during a fight that broke out towards the end of the game.
