đ¨ Abstract
Abdul 'Hakoom' Hakam, a former PlayStation partner and Guinness World Record holder, has accused Sony of unfairly banning his account. Despite holding the record for the most PSNProfile trophy points collected, Hakoom claims his account was suspended without reason on September 9. He alleges that Sony's customer service provided no help, and after an investigation, the company attributed the ban to multiple violations of their terms and conditions.
