A US citizen, Aimee Betro, 45, has been extradited from Armenia and charged with conspiracy to murder a shop owner in Birmingham, UK, in 2019. She is also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and the alleged importation of ammunition. Betro will appear before Birmingham magistrates on Friday.
