Nick Knowles, 62, tore his anterior cruciate ligament while rehearsing for Strictly Come Dancing. Despite returning to the show, he was sent home by the judges. Nick admitted he won't be back to full fitness for several months, with recovery taking around eight months. He suffered a bicep injury before his knee injury while trying to change a tyre.
