Paul Doyle, 53, will appear in court facing charges including dangerous driving and GBH after allegedly driving into fans celebrating Liverpool's Premier League title, injuring at least 79 people, including a nine-year-old. Doyle, a former Royal Marine, ploughed through crowds on Water Street during the parade. Seven individuals remain hospitalized but are stable. Doyle follows an ambulance, which had been allowed through the route.
