💨 Abstract
As of May 31, 2025, the UK has banned the sale of disposable vapes (also called single-use vapes) both in-store and online, aiming to reduce youth usage and environmental impact. Retailers are still allowed to sell reusable vapes. The ban follows a rise in school usage and litter from discarded devices. Offenders face fines and potential jail time.
