💨 Abstract
A seven-year-old girl in India is recovering from surgery to remove a three-inch nail that was driven into her skull. The nail, inserted by a man attempting to silence her after alleged abuse, pierced her neck and skull, entering her brain. Doctors successfully removed the nail without damaging critical nerves or the brain. The girl is in stable condition and expected to make a full recovery.
