💨 Abstract
Tesco has launched a giant chocolate cake slice, the Matilda Cake, in collaboration with Studio Bakery. Priced at £16, it serves 10 but was quickly devoured by six in the Metro office. While not as visually appealing as premium competitors like Get Baked's Bertha, it's rich, moist, and enjoyable with tea. Heating it up offers a flexible dessert experience. Overall, it's superior to average supermarket cakes but falls short of premium quality.
