đ¨ Abstract
An ancient landscape, covered by a mile of ice in Antarctica's Wilkes Land, has been discovered. Untouched for over 34 million years, it features ridges, valleys, and blocks of elevated ground, suggesting a past of rivers and forests. The ice's slow movement preserved this landscape, which is being studied to understand past and future climate changes.
