💨 Abstract
Pre-excavation work has started at a site in Tuam, Ireland, where nearly 800 infants died between 1925 and 1961. Daniel MacSweeney of the Office of the Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam (ODAIT), informed affected families about the timeline. A family and survivors' day will allow them to view the site before it becomes controlled for forensic work.
