💨 Abstract
A UK travel company, Great Little Escapes, has ceased operations, leaving thousands of holidaymakers uncertain about upcoming trips. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) confirmed the company's failure, affecting tours to Italy, the Balearics, and other locations. Customers with ATOL-protected bookings are entitled to full refunds or alternative arrangements, though the latter is rare. The CAA is gathering information and will provide updates.
