💨 Abstract
Jonah Lynch, from Cardiff, was surprised to find an unusually large steak bake pastry at Greggs, the chain's St Mellons branch. Despite its larger than expected size, he ate it entirely. Gregs customers generally experience diverse surprises when they find their orders. Another customer found a soft, wet potato in her packet of crisps, leading to a £15 voucher from Greggs. This raises questions of order fulfillment integrity at the bakery chain.
