💨 Abstract
A major fire has broken out in a derelict building near Oxford Road station in Manchester city center, forcing the evacuation of nearby apartment buildings. The building, the Hotspur Press, is currently engulfed in flames, with fire crews in attendance and public advised to stay away. Train services at Oxford Road station are cancelled or delayed until 9 PM due to the fire.
