💨 Abstract
After a spine injury and subsequent recovery, the author transitioned from a lifelong night owl to an early riser. They now wake up at 5:30 am, enjoy a quiet routine of puzzles and a morning walk, and start work by 8:00 am. This change, supported by genetic insights, has brought unexpected benefits to their mental and physical health, as well as increased productivity.
