💨 Abstract
A gardener, Christopher York, 65, accidentally slit his neck with a chainsaw while trimming hedges. He lost over two liters of blood and narrowly missed severing his jugular vein, spending weeks in intensive care. His wife, Veronika, was mistakenly suspected of attacking him. Neighboring workers mistakenly thought it was an attack when Veronika shared the horrible incident. The local surgeon on duty saved Christopher's life.
