💨 Abstract
The author, a mother of three, expresses her relief and excitement as her youngest child finishes primary school. She found the primary school years stressful, juggling work deadlines, children at different schools, and an often absent husband. She felt overwhelmed by the constant demands from the school and other parents, including making cakes, attending assemblies, and dealing with harsh judgment, especially concerning her autistic son. She found secondary school life much easier, with children managing their own schedules and parents having less involvement.
