💨 Abstract
A 34-year-old woman has been charged with murder following a house fire in Ballymoney, Co Antrim. The fire resulted in the death of Patrick ‘Paddy’ Douglas, 55. The accused appeared in court and understood the charge. She was arrested after a preliminary report suggested the fire might have been caused by the direct ignition of combustible materials, although an electrical fault could not be ruled out.
