💨 Abstract
Starting July 28, Royal Mail will reduce second-class letter deliveries to three days a week and eliminate Saturday service. First-class letters will still be delivered six days a week, with revised delivery targets. Ofcom, the regulator, approved these changes to cut costs and adapt to declining letter volumes. They also plan to review stamp prices, saying they are too high.
