Carolina Wilga, a 26-year-old German backpacker, was rescued after surviving 12 days in the Australian outback. She abandoned her car after a crash, leaving her confused and lost. Wilga survived by consuming minimal food and drinking water from rain and puddles. She expressed gratitude for the support she received during her ordeal, highlighting the community's warmth and solidarity. Wilga was rescued by Tania Henley, who spotted her in a fragile state.
