💨 Abstract
An earthquake measuring 5.4 magnitude hit southern Spain, causing part of the roof at Almeria Airport to collapse in the departures lounge cafe. The incident happened around an hour after initial tremors, with no reported injuries. tremors were felt across regions in seven provinces, with minor damage also reported in Almeria and nearby areas. The earthquake struck about 1.5 miles below sea level, 20 miles from Nijar.
